You become the expert on how to generate your own leads, how to create more traffic, how to build a blog. Anything you are good at online or offline that will help them succeed. People don’t need help finding a good company or products, they need help marketing the products.

When you do this, it’s called Attraction Marketing.

This is how it works. You setup a blog, or website that gives out training. This can be in the form of articles you write, or videos. You can also post on your facebook wall answering questions to peoples problems. If you post on facebook or twitter give the link back to your training blog.

On your blog you add in a lead capture, optin form, to collect an email. Give something valuable away for that email. Ebook and videos are great content to giveaways. Once you get someone to opt into your list, you have generated your own lead. With this new lead you can followup, build a relationship, and gain the trust of that person.

Your leading with value on the front end with tons of training. Over time people will gain your trust, and you become the go to person for training.

And here is how the magic happens. People will start to call you wanting to know what your primary opportunity is all about. Now do you think it would be easier to duplicate a team that is trained and calling you to get signed up? Yes and that is the correct way to build you network marketing team.
